Bright, expressive, flavour-led identity redefining what a plant-based treat can be.
Challenge
NuVegan approached us with a clear goal: create a vegan cookie brand that broke free from the typical “clean and earthy” aesthetic dominating the market. They wanted a lively, expressive identity that mirrored their bold flavours and playful personality. Before the redesign, the brand had a strong product but no visual system capable of standing out on shelves or online. The challenge was to build a cohesive identity that was vibrant, flavour-led, and capable of growing with the brand.

Solution
We began by positioning NuVegan as joyful, energetic, and unapologetically bold. Colour became the foundation of the strategy, acting as a distinct cue for each flavour while maintaining a unified visual system. Typography and iconography were developed to add personality and movement, creating a brand world that felt contemporary and full of life. The packaging architecture was crafted to maximise shelf impact, ensuring that every flavour felt unique but undeniably part of the NuVegan family.

Outcome
The results were immediate and meaningful. Engagement across social channels rose significantly, retail partners reported stronger shelf presence, and the brand began carving out a recognisable space in its category. NuVegan now has a visual identity that fully reflects its product: colourful, fun, and bursting with personality.
